Today product is not only judged on style, product quality and value for money but also on environmental and ethical considerations within the supply chain. We carefully select the factories that we work with to ensure that they have the facilities, equipment and resources to manufacture reliable product of the correct quality, on time and whilst meeting the Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) expectations.

To help achieve this we have an experienced field based supplier management team working out of Hong Kong and China who regularly visit the factories and who measure performance, provide support and run focussed improvement programmes within the factories. This is further supplemented by the use of recognised third party auditing/testing houses to keep everyone focussed and the improvement processes moving forward.

Furthermore we have many experts who help to develop the efficiency of manufacturing to ensure we are providing the appropriate product quality at a competitive price.
